Do not think they are using these mats just because they are used to luxury and glamour. These mats are important to hold firm your feet while you are exercising. You are at a risk of slipping and having injuries, your fitness mat is a sure tool to save you from these problems. It is a small and insignificant thing but it’s benefits surpass its look and its size.
There are many sizes of mats around and there is no single size that is best. If you are good with your narrow and small mat, then that is your choice but if you want ease and comfort, you can use the new large exercise mat. This is an advanced level mat, which is essentially designed for those who have to do intensive work out. If you are following a regime in which you have to move about a lot and you stretch quite a bit, then a large mat is the only thing that can help you. A small and narrow mat will not be good for you at all. Make your exercise time better with proper sized mat.
