are good with your narrow and small mat, then that is your choice but if you
want ease and comfort, you can use the new large exercise mat. This is
an advanced level mat, which is essentially designed for those who have to do
intensive work out. If you are following a regime in which you have to move
about a lot and you stretch quite a bit, then a large mat is the only thing
that can help you. A small and narrow mat will not be good for you at all. Make
your exercise time better with proper sized mat.
