Crews apart from acting crew involved in the theatre

Audience consider that people who are acting in the stages are the only people who work in the theatres but the truth is lots of people work behind the theatre. And these audiences think that acting is the only toughest job in the theatre. But there are lots of works which is not noticed by the audience but helps to add a complete picture to drama happens behind the stage. Some of the works which happens in theatres like plaza theater are discussed below.

Stage crew

The essential people who are needed to complete the entire show will be the crew. The people work to move the whole set. They will also handle the props which are used by the actors by giving to them on time near the stage. They also organize and keep everything in control in the backstage of the screen so as to give the audience a good picture in the stage. Stage crew is an important work whom have to be working concentrated from the beginning of the practices till the end of performance done in front of the audiences. Even though tech crew is important but without stage crew, no work happens in the stage properly and run the show.

Lights

Just imagine a drama that happens in the theatre without any lights falling on them. Yes, it will be pitch black, no face, no props, nothing will be visible to the audience. But the people who work for in this department are essential and their timing to fall the light in the perfect is so important. This is why stage crew says that lighting are the essential things which runs the show. These people work in giving out spot lights and lets us to see the actor in the shade based on their characters. Even some stage tricks happens by blacking out the light in particular place as per the script.
